That’s why we’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and fully bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist who will help us strengthen lifelong relationships with the families we serve. This is not a typical call center role. This is a relationship-building position where your warmth, communication skills, and Spanish fluency help clients feel remembered, valued, and supported years after they buy or sell their home.

Call past clients to explain program benefits Answer questions and guide clients through enrollment Maintain accurate records of client interactions Deliver excellent customer service with every call Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish required) Sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting goals Hours & Compensation
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. This is an
in-office position . Compensation: $15 hourly plus bonuses.
