As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will lead hyperscaler alliance initiatives, driving adoption and commercial outcomes across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem initially, with a later focus on AWS. You will build and execute end-to-end partnership strategies, turning technical and business relationships into measurable revenue and market impact. The role requires collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless co-sell execution, joint marketing campaigns, and enterprise engagement. You will act as a key liaison between global partner organizations and internal teams, implementing repeatable processes, enabling stakeholders, and monitoring performance against KPIs. This is a high-visibility position in a dynamic, remote-first environment, offering the chance to shape hyperscaler GTM motions and scale partnerships across multiple regions. Accountabilities
Own the end-to-end Azure partnership strategy, including co-sell execution, marketplace integration, field alignment, and KPI tracking Build relationships across hyperscaler partner organizations to generate opportunities, influence deals, and scale commercial motions Design and implement repeatable processes for account targeting, deal registration, mutual action plans, and quarterly business reviews Drive joint marketing campaigns, field events, and solution-selling initiatives tailored to enterprise and embedded use cases Translate product value propositions into hyperscaler-aligned messaging that aligns with seller incentives and cloud consumption Ensure marketplace outcomes and enterprise procurement are optimized, working with Legal and Finance to align private-offer structures and terms Provide enablement, training, and lightweight governance to Sales, SE, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to run motions without heroic intervention Monitor and report on sourced and influenced pipeline, co-sell activity, marketplace attach, win rates, and field engagement health Expand hyperscaler initiatives to AWS once Azure programs are predictable, replicating processes and establishing early field alignment Requirements
3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure alliances, PDM, Cloud GTM, or enterprise software sales Established and referenceable network within Microsoft or hyperscaler partner organizations Strong product and technical knowledge, with ability to articulate value aligned to hyperscaler priorities and incentives Proven ability to drive outcomes, orchestrate deals, and convert relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue Program and stakeholder management experience with ability to run consistent operational rhythms across multiple teams Familiarity with hyperscaler commercial incentives, co-op funds, MDF, and other mechanisms to drive joint GTM Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a global, remote-first environment Nice-to-have: experience across multiple regions and customer segments, direct sales or quota-carrying experience, marketplace expertise, knowledge of automation or AI-enabled workflow products Benefits
