like Sam’s Club, Walmart, and Target. Through in-store marketing campaigns, we create high-impact experiences that drive results for our clients and long-term career growth for our team. We are headquartered in
Saginaw, MI , where each day begins with strategy, collaboration, and sales training. After morning meetings at our corporate office, our Brand Ambassadors head to assigned retail partner locations to represent client products directly to consumers.
Responsibilities
Attend daily morning meetings at our
Saginaw-based office
for coaching, training, and goal setting
Travel to nearby
retail store locations
where you’ll work face-to-face with customers
Represent major client brands, explaining product features, promotions, and value
Deliver outstanding customer experiences and guide purchasing decisions
Track performance, share customer insights, and work closely with team leaders
Learn marketing strategies, sales psychology, and retail brand positioning
Participate in our
Management Training Program
to prepare for leadership roles
What We Offer
Base + Performance Pay : Weekly earnings between
$800–$1,200 , based on experience and development
W-2 Employment
(not 1099 or contract-based)
Paid Training
– Get paid while you learn essential sales and marketing skills
Clear Path to Management
through our internal promotion system
Professional Development
– Daily coaching, leadership workshops, and real-world experience
No Door-to-Door or Cold Calling
– All work is done inside trusted retail locations
Fortune 500 Client Partnerships
– Work on campaigns for nationally recognized brands
Qualifications – Minimum Requirements
Must be
18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in
retail, sales, or customer service
is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation to our office and local retail locations
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to advance
Bonus Qualifications (Preferred, but not required)
Background in
marketing, management, or leadership roles
Enrollment in or graduation from a business, communications, or marketing program
