Cherry Bekaert, one of the largest accounting and consulting firms in the nation, is seeking an innovative and results-driven Tax Solutions Growth Leader to enhance our Tax team. In this pivotal role, you'll partner closely with our Managing Partner - Tax Services to spearhead the development of growth solutions in core and strategic tax.
As the Tax Solutions Growth Leader, you will play a key role in generating and sustaining revenue by creating valuable solutions and offerings. Your responsibility will include driving integration between revenue-related functions, optimizing the client experience, and facilitating effective collaboration across various teams to deliver impactful results. This position can be performed remotely anywhere within the contiguous United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development:
Develop a comprehensive model for packaged solutions across existing tax services.
Collaborate with Regional Service Line Leaders, Strategic Tax Domain Leaders, and Industry Practice Leaders to drive solution development.
Evaluate and enhance existing service offerings by establishing attachment points across audit, tax, and advisory services, tailored to industry focus.
Work with Growth Operations to gather data and metrics for tracking the success of our productized approach.
New Offerings:
Innovate new tax offerings and bundled advisory services through an external-to-internal approach.
Create a streamlined process for developing new offerings, ensuring alignment and resource requirements are met.
Collaborate with Growth Operations on research to monitor potential new offerings through industry trends.
Partner with teams to integrate client feedback and enhance the client experience.
Communication & Education Strategy:
Develop and implement effective launch plans for tax solutions and new offerings.
Coordinate with Marketing and Internal Communications for cohesive messaging.
Work with Learning & Development to ensure staff are equipped to support the new solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
At least 15 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles, with a minimum of 10 years focused on developing and executing growth strategies in a leadership capacity.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders effectively.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and lead change initiatives successfully.
