
Job Summary
Develops and implements marketing strategies, including the tactical elements for the promotion of the health system’s strategic service lines and/or departments.
Conducts fieldwork assess needs from potential referral sources. Makes recommendations to existing services and/or new services that can be developed to meet the customers/client’s needs.
Maintains positive rapport with community referral sources to ensure NRHS service excellence.
Collaborates with health system leadership and service line leaders to develop promotion that highlights the services of Norman Regional Health System.
Designs, writes and develops multimedia messaging across all owned and earned communication channels in support of health system strategic organizational initiatives.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business or related field.
Experience
2 to 4 years of work experience in Marketing, Communications, Sales, Business Development or a related field.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Excellent communication skills including written communication.
Ability to build positive relationships with clients.
Attention to detail.
Problem‑solving attitude.
Professional social media experience preferred.
