Säzän Group is looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative AEC Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is organized and thrives on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of the team, working closely with the marketing team and technical staff to support growth in multiple regions. Säzän Group is an established mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and consulting firm headquartered in downtown Seattle, Washington with additional offices in Oregon and Arizona. Our teams support public and private clients in a variety of marketing sectors. General Responsibilities
Pursuit & Proposal Responsibilities - Approximately 70 percent of role
Support responses for Request for Proposals and Request for Qualifications, working in various capacities with members of the marketing team and technical staff. Lead the coordination of roster and on-call pursuit packages. Manage the proposal closeout process, updating resumes, project sheets, and boilerplate content. Enter and maintain marketing and project information in the company’s CRM. Create visuals, layouts and infographics for pursuit materials following Säzän Group’s brand standards. Assist in research related to clients, competitors, and market sectors. Support reporting of pursuit-related metrics. General Marketing Responsibilities - Approximately 30 percent of role
Maintain and update Säzän Group’s website, including team pages and project pages. Produce and maintain marketing materials including brochures, project sheets, advertisements, etc. Coordinate and support marketing events including golf tournaments, community events, and industry networking opportunities. Support additional marketing initiatives throughout the year, as needed. Qualifications
Understanding of marketing strategies and fundamentals. Strategic and creative thinking. Ability to efficiently multi-task, manage time, and prioritize competing deadlines. Strong page layout and graphic design experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to be proactive, resourceful, and inquisitive. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree: two to four years of AEC industry experience No degree: four to five years of relevant AEC industry experience Two or more years of experience with proposal coordination, writing and design, ideally in the AEC industry. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign. Salary Range
