Description The Practice Marketing Specialist plays a critical hands-on role in supporting dental and orthodontic practices across key U.S. regions to drive patient demand, improve conversion, and strengthen alignment with national marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will assist in developing and executing local practice marketing strategies, enabling Field Marketers and providers with the tools, training, and content they need to market Invisalign effectively. You will manage content on the Practice Marketing Hub, develop creative briefs for new assets and playbooks, support regional promotions, and work closely with Sales, Consumer Marketing, Creative, IT and Brand teams to ensure marketing programs deliver measurable impact at the local level.

This is an ideal role for a creative marketer who is strategic but highly execution-oriented, excited to build strong cross functional relationships and eager to drive results through up-leveled marketing resources and solutions for Invisalign Providers.

Role expectations Practice Marketing Strategy & Execution

Support the development and execution of local practice marketing plans aligned with brand and business objectives

Assist in building, maintaining, and updating practice marketing playbooks, onboarding toolkits, and self-service resources to enable effective patient marketing

Practice Marketing Content Management & Development

Manage and update content within the Practice Marketing Hub, ensuring materials are current, brand-compliant, and optimized for provider use

Develop creative briefs for new practice marketing assets, campaigns, toolkits, and playbooks

Partner with Creative, Brand, and external agencies to execute marketing initiatives

Curate patient-facing marketing resources, templates, and educational materials for providers

Analyze platform utilization and performance metrics to support ROI optimization

Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders

Co-op Marketing & Merchandising

Support co-op marketing programs and in-practice merchandising initiatives

Coordinate with vendors and agencies to deploy modular, brand-compliant marketing materials

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Sales, Consumer Marketing, Creative, IT, Brand, and Education teams to align messaging and initiatives

Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and content partners to support practice marketing execution

What we're looking for

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience:

2+ years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or channel marketing, preferably within healthcare, dental, or consumer goods industries

Skills:

Strong understanding of consumer marketing tactics, including digital and in-practice marketing; proficiency in social content creation and editing tools, as well as presentation platforms

Communication:

Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both internal teams and external providers

Teamwork:

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and creative teams in a fast-paced environment

KPIs:

Case volume growth in supported local practices; adoption and utilization of marketing toolkits and campaigns; measurable outcomes including provider engagement and satisfaction scores

Pay Transparency If provided, base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically.

For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.

Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.

Paid vacation of up to 17 days during the first full year of employment (currently accrued at the rate of 5.24 hours each pay-period), which carries over to a maximum cap of 30 days. Annual paid vacation time accrual increases based on tenure. Both exempt and non-exempt employees who work 32 hours or more per week receive prorated vacation accrual based on their regularly scheduled work hours and tenure.

Sick time is accrued throughout the year at the rate of one hour for every thirty worked. Employees can carry over unused sick leave each year, up to a maximum balance of 80 hours.

11 Company-designated paid holidays throughout the year.

If employed for at least 12 consecutive months, Align will grant up to 6 weeks of paid Parental Leave. If employed for less than 12 consecutive months, Align will grant up to 4 weeks of paid Parental Leave. All parental leave must be completed within one year of the birth or placement of the child. Parental leave is in addition to any state and/or local parental leave benefits. Three days of paid bereavement leave. In some cases, due to travel the amount of paid leave may be extended to 5 paid days off. To the extent applicable state or local law offers more generous benefits, Align complies with any such law.

Non-exempt employees will receive full pay for up to 10 days of jury duty. Exempt employees will receive their full salary during any week they serve and perform any work. Other insurance such as legal, critical illness, voluntary accident, long-term care, auto, home and pet insurance are available for purchase.
