The Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative and executional support to the marketing team, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and consistency across all marketing efforts. This role supports day-to-day marketing operations for Southall Farm and Inn and affiliated Southall LLC entities, including Audrey and Joyland, while upholding Forbes Five-Star presentation standards. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations Support

Coordinate timelines, approvals, and asset management for marketing initiatives. Assist with execution of campaigns across digital, social, email, and on-property channels.

Content & Systems Management

Support website updates, email marketing, and social media scheduling. Maintain marketing calendars, databases, and digital asset libraries.

Public Relations & Influencer Logistics

Assist with press materials, gifting, itineraries, and on-property coordination.

Administrative & Reporting Support

Track invoices, budgets, and vendor communications. Assist with reporting, research, and competitive analysis.

Brand Standards Support

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and polish across all marketing materials. Support marketing needs for Audrey, Joyland, and additional Southall LLC entities as assigned.

On-Property Content Capture & Event Coverage

Serve as the on-site marketing lead for major guest-facing events, activations, and seasonal programming, ensuring real-time content capture aligns with Southall’s luxury brand standards. Attend and actively document key events through high-quality photo, video, and audio capture for marketing and storytelling purposes. Anticipate moments of guest emotion, craft, and experience that translate into compelling visual and narrative content.

Content Creation & Editing

Edit short- and long-form video, photography, and audio content for use across social media, email marketing, website, and internal channels. Write and refine accompanying copy that reflects Southall’s voice, tone, and Forbes Five-Star positioning. Ensure all content is polished, intentional, and emotionally resonant—never rushed or promotional in tone.

Digital Publishing & Social Distribution

Publish event-driven content across Southall’s social media platforms in real time or near-real time when appropriate. Coordinate post-event content sequencing for ongoing storytelling across social, email, and digital platforms. Manage content calendars related to events and experiential programming, balancing immediacy with refinement.

Brand & Service Alignment

Ensure all captured and published content accurately reflects the on-property guest experience and service delivery. Partner closely with Operations and Events teams on-site to remain unobtrusive, guest-respectful, and aligned with service flow. Maintain discretion and professionalism when capturing guest experiences in luxury environments.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or digital content (internships and hospitality experience included). Basic experience capturing and editing photo and video content for social media, email, or digital platforms using mobile devices or entry-level editing tools. Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and email marketing systems. Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt copy to match brand voice and audience. Comfortable being on-site for events, activations, and guest-facing programming, including occasional evenings or weekends. Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Detail-oriented with an appreciation for visual presentation, brand consistency, and luxury standards. Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and support execution in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Collaborative, service-minded, and professional in interactions with guests, partners, and internal teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
