Do you get excited when a client’s brand clicks? Can you articulate why a rebrand matters to the bottom line? Do you know how to translate business objectives into effective brand strategy? Well, it’s great to meet you! You might be a great fit for Atomicdust’s Brand Strategist position. Atomicdust is looking for a strategic thinker and confident communicator who will lead branding engagements from discovery through execution. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients during Branding Programs, campaigns and more, solving their business challenges with strategic recommendations while collaborating with our internal creative team to ensure every deliverable ladders up to the bigger picture. NOTE: Candidates must be able to work in-person at our St. Louis office four days a week. Responsibilities: Lead client relationships throughout brand and marketing engagements, serving as the primary strategic advisor and day-to-day contact Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to uncover brand insights and define strategic direction Translate business objectives into clear, actionable brand recommendations Collaborate with copywriters, Creative Directors and designers in developing brand positioning, messaging, value propositions and audience segmentation strategies to ensure alignment with brand strategy and client goals Present strategies and recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity, defending strategic choices while staying open to collaboration Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for brand growth and additional value throughout client engagements Here’s what we think it will take: 2-5+ years of experience in brand strategy or a related strategic role (agency experience preferred) Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive brand strategies, positioning frameworks and messaging platforms Great communication, presentation and critical thinking skills Comfort leading client interviews and engaging with diverse audiences, from startup teams to enterprise C‑suite execs Natural curiosity about brands, businesses, culture, and human behavior Experience across B2B preferred Above all, we’re looking for someone who is equal parts strategic thinker and people person—someone who loves the puzzle of brand strategy as much as they love working with clients To apply: Send an email to employment@atomicdust.com.
