Role Responsibilities
In partnership with Center Director and ownership determine strategies for school growth
Manages all aspects of growth and enrollment for preschool
Drive consistent results, measured through family retention and conversion, enrollment growth
Manages community relationships and events, organize and execute community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment initiatives
Manages vendor relationships related to marketing events
Engage prospective families through both in‑person and virtual center tours, effectively showcasing the benefits of our programs
Customer Engagement
Leads tours, highlighting key features of our brand and the center and maintains strong connections with potential customers
Nurtures leads through scheduling and conducting tours; follows up with potential families to secure enrollment
Maintains the lead tracking portal and customer database
Effectively uses social media channels for parent engagement and retention
Oversees Work and Family program – building new relationships with community and business leaders (Housing Communities, Chamber of Commerce, Local Businesses)
Coordinates the registration process and maintains customer information in center systems
Responsible for communications to families, planning for parent pleasers
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in sales and marketing management – cross‑industry experience is welcome
Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer‑facing sales setting/enrollment
Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (preferred)
Have two or more years of education center leadership/sales and marketing management experience (preferred)/cross industry experience
