FASTSIGNS #172001is hiring for a Full-time Graphic Designer to join our team! THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION - This Role is REQUIRED to be in the Shop.

A Successful FASTSIGNS Graphic Designer Will: Create computer-generated full-color graphics and/or vinyl output that can be printed and mounted to a substrate or weeded, cut and applied

Complete or modify designs from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media

Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, select style and size of type, and arrange layout based upon available space, aesthetic design, and production requirements.

Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to output. Ensure correct material is used for each job and output device settings are accurate

Maintain customer logo library; convert graphic files

Maintain Marketing collateral for FASTSIGNS of Pembroke Pines

Equipment & Production Experience Experience operating large-format printers and plotters (Mimaki Printers preferred)

Experience with vinyl cutters, laminators, and mounting equipment (Mimaki Plotter Cutting preferred)

Experience utilizing RasterLink (or Onyx) Software

Ability to prepare, set up, and output files for print and cut production

Understanding of materials used in sign production (vinyl, banner, rigid substrates, etc.)

Comfortable troubleshooting basic production and output issues

Willingness to learn and operate additional equipment as needed

Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Graphic Designer: 2-4 years of graphic design experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator,

Experience utilizing AI Graphic Design tools

Ability to prioritize jobs, multi-task, and work autonomously

Determine the best output method based on the customer’s needs

Strong communication skills; able to engage customers by phone, email, in person, and onsite

Outgoing, customer-focused, and able to build long-term client relationships

Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage quotes, work orders, and project timelines accurately

Sit and view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)

Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

Tech-savvy and comfortable learning order management systems (e.g., CoreBridge)

Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and accuracy

Comfortable sitting at a computer and viewing a screen for extended periods (4+ hours)

Enthusiastic team player, proactive in supporting business growth and daily operations
