The Graphics Designer provides creative ownership to our Brand Story in digital and print environments. This position is ideal for a creative, entrepreneurial, fast paced, highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who enjoys building brands, supporting people and is eager to grow their career and partner with an amazing team.
Responsibilities
Design and update product labels, brochures, PDP images, website graphics, and annual catalog layouts using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
Work with the Marketing team on Sales design requests, flyers, sell sheets, product listings, and promotional materials, and Amazon listings
Create packaging concepts and label designs for private-label customers, and our future retail channel, including 3D product wraps and mockups
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials and ensure layouts follow proper visual hierarchy and flow
Develop PDP images for Amazon, distributor portals, and e-commerce platforms
Update graphics and content for the company website, product pages, and marketing materials on a continuous basis
Review labels for accuracy, flag bold or misleading claims, and escalate regulatory or compliance questions to the Compliance Coordinator in a timely manner
Assist with the design and formatting of Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and ensure visuals align with SDS information
Receive and incorporate feedback on design projects; remain open to revisions and collaborate professionally with team members
Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with correct formatting, bleed, and resolution
Provide back up support to the product label printing team in Operations when needed
Perform other duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva
Strong understanding of layout flow, visual hierarchy, typography, and color use
Ability to create 3D product wraps, label designs, and digital mockups
Strong attention to detail and accuracy across all design work
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other departments
Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions as needed
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Three years of related Graphic Design experience
Experience designing product labels and working with Amazon preferred
Physical Requirements
This position is in a manufacturing environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance and stoop, climb stairs, kneel, and sit at a desk for long periods of time
This position requires adherence with DOT Drug and Alcohol testing requirements
