Manager – Sales Operations Position Summary Under general supervision the Manager is responsible for developing lead assignments, overall lead maintenance, territory alignments, assistance with account assignments, analysis of prospects. The role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Sales Operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain key processes utilized in business development to ensure proper field engagement and no misuse. Able to push back on requests from Sales Management and/or escalate when necessary.
Tracks and controls workflow of the territory requests and Outreach requests from receipt to completion
Makes independent decisions on how to best analyze and complete the requests (with sales and customer in mind) and makes recommendations/provides direction to appropriate Sales Management team
Work directly with all levels of Sales Management to ensure proper audit/SOX requirements are being adhered to via our approval work streams (approval work stream is within sales management teams, i.e. ASM, RSD, RVP, VP)
Manage all key systems needed to implement territory changes based on changing business goals; ensures all system updates are completed timely and accurately
Ability to utilize a variety of information tools to develop, deploy data, analysis to sales management
Contribute to data collection and provide analysis to support improvements on Sales Operation initiatives
Maintain an up-to-date, in-depth knowledge of industry prospect sources and data standards
Provide input through reporting to influence the strategic direction of the Prospect Desk function
Conduct analysis to proactively monitor Prospect and Lead quality and draw conclusions on findings
Essential Required Skills
Strong computer skills, advanced knowledge of MS Office including Access and Excel and Salesforce.com
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with cross functional groups
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and a strong “can do” attitude.This requires the ability to adapt to new business environments as the business need changes.
Minimum Requirements
SFDC reporting knowledge
10 years’ experience in sales enablement and support, data analytics, supporting technology solutions and/or sales operations.

The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.
