Marketing Corporate Trainer
role, you will be responsible for multiple in-store marketing campaigns throughout the
Charleston, SC area . The
entry-level Marketing Corporate Trainer
will teach, train, and mentor other employees. A Marketing Corporate Trainer is a leader within our organization who possesses organizational skills and a positive attitude to help others succeed.
Responsibilities:
Set up and execute in-store marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation.
Utilize strong leadership skills to build a high-performance team environment.
Coach, train, and develop others for the overall success of the team.
Keep up to date with client promotions.
Manage customer acquisition and retention by effectively training team members to represent our client compliantly in-store.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (High School Diploma required).
Self-motivated.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
PAID training.
Promotions based on individual performance and results.
Travel opportunity – Optional.
Hourly pay + bonuses.
Team-oriented environment.
