We are actively looking to hire a
PD Adjuster
to join our team!
About the role
Manage 1st party physical damage claims for vehicles affected by storm and hail damage while parked at dealerships
Handle a caseload of 3–35 claims, including large-scale claims involving up to 100 vehicles under one file
Review insurance coverages and issue Reservation of Rights (ROR) letters as needed
Provide high-quality customer service through clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
Investigate claims by gathering information from policyholders, agents, and supporting parties, and document findings accurately
Collaborate with a team of 10 claims professionals in a supportive, growth-oriented environment
Maintain detailed and organized claim records using Excel and other internal systems
Possess experience in auto physical damage claims, with some liability exposure (e.g., test drive incidents) preferred
Hold an active adjuster license in Texas or other applicable states
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume setting
Salary:
$60,000 + Location:
