Landscape Designer - Residential Landscaping - Base Salary to 65k/year - Saint Petersburg, FL
Our client has been in the residential landscaping business since 1990 and is growing consistently. They are a certified designer and contractor and service the Saint Petersburg area. They work closely with home builders and homeowners. They pride themselves on their beautiful work and take pride in the reputation they have built the last 30+ years.
Due to growth, they are hiring a Landscape Designer to handle high‑end residential and landscape design and sales. This role requires strong industry knowledge, the ability to manage multiple active leads, and confidence working directly with clients and the company owner.
Responsibilities
Manage a mix of company and self-generated leads
Read and execute from blueprints and surveys
Work multiple sales opportunities
Produce weekly activity reports & meet quarterly sales goals
Primarily field-based with occasional office meetings in St. Petersburg
Qualifications
5+ years of landscaping or related high‑end sales experience in the construction industry
Knowledge of Florida plant material & basic permitting processes
Landscape design knowledge
Must live within a 30‑minute radius of St. Petersburg, FL
Compensation
Base salary up to 65k/year
Uncapped Commission
