Enjoy a great work-life balance and competitive benefits while growing your career path. The opportunity
As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center, where you will help take care of all the administrative and support needs for your customers so that your customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG
You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to ensure everything is ready. Customers arrive throughout the morning. You assist with changing a WiFi code, locating a package, or helping a guest set up a projector and find a coffee. You ensure services are properly charged so invoices are accurate. After a coffee break, you sort mail and respond to customers about their packages. In the afternoon, you help with printing, invoices, and managing room conditions by opening service tickets. Later you plan and coordinate next week’s networking event with the Community Manager, write e-invites, and put up posters around the center. You may introduce a prospective member to the network and encourage them to join before the next event. As the day ends, you guide a group to a nearby restaurant and ensure the space is tidy before leaving for home. About You
