Marketing Analys t is a collaborative partner to our Bankers, Operations, and Marketing teams, helping bring our brand to life across channels while ensuring marketing efforts are effective, compliant, and aligned with business goals. This role blends relationship‑building and strategic support with data‑driven analysis, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing marketing data, and translating insights into actions that drive brand growth, website effectiveness, and audience engagement.
This position is based in Chicago, IL; qualified applicants must reside a commutable distance to our office in the Logan Square neighborhood at the time of application. Employee must be able to work onsite 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a go‑to resource for questions about marketing services and support
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with Bankers, Operations partners, and Sales
Maintain and update the company website, with a focus on Banker profile pages
Manage data, assets, and artwork for recurring and ongoing marketing campaigns
Proactively engage with Bankers via phone, email, and in‑person meetings
Customize marketing collateral to support individual Banker and business needs
Support data‑driven decision‑making across our Marketing organization by analyzing campaign performance, forecasting and reporting, and helping to translate data into actionable insights
Support marketing performance reporting including campaign metrics
Analyze marketing performance data across channels including brand, digital, and website activity to drive customer engagement and conversion across the funnel
Monitor key marketing KPIs and identify trends related to growth, engagement, and conversion
Work with BI‑developed dashboards and reports to extract insights and recommendations
Support audience segmentation efforts by analyzing performance and behavioral data
Assist in evaluating campaign effectiveness and marketing initiatives
Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reports for marketing stakeholders
Partner with the creative team to optimize creative and content output
Translate data findings into clear insights that inform marketing decisions
Assist with onboarding new Loan Production Offices, ensuring a smooth and consistent launch
Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition
Work closely with the creative content development team to brainstorm and create marketing campaigns
Partner with external vendors to coordinate orders and deliverables

Requirements
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling data‑driven narratives and a natural knack for storytelling
2–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, marketing operations, or a related field
Strong comfort working with data, metrics, and performance reports
Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical audiences
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Technology Requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite products (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics/GA4, CRM systems, marketing platforms)
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: concentration in marketing, advertising, communications, or hospitality preferred
