Job Description Drive the vision, execution, and performance of the client's social media presence across all platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Create and publish scroll-stopping content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Map out and manage a social calendar, balancing planned and reactive content
Capture, produce, or direct short-form video content
Analyze social metrics and provide insights to optimize content
Collaborate with internal teams on brand-aligned campaigns
Monitor trends and adjust strategy accordingly
Manage and engage with the social media community
Work directly with the founder to bring her creative vision to life
Requirements Must-Haves
4–7+ years of social media management for a brand, agency, or creator
Experience creating performance-driven content (organic vs paid)
Sprout Social proficiency
Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics
Ability to handle feedback, thrive in ambiguity, and think strategically
Comfortable producing content and contributing creative ideas independently
Experience managing communities on social media
Data-savvy with strong analytical and reporting skills
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working with influencers or UGC
Background in lifestyle, food, beverage, or wellness industries
On-camera comfort or experience directing creators
