Role Description

This is an on-site, contract-based Marketing Coordinator role located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area, with the opportunity to be structured as either part-time or full-time. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee daily operations related to company branding, marketing campaigns and communication strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing projects, managing timelines, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and drafting sales and promotional materials. The candidate will also track marketing performance and provide regular reports to ensure alignment with company goals. Promote a positive company image through consistent branding, messaging and marketing materials. Strengthen the company’s reputation as a reliable contract manufacturing partner by utilizing networking, digital platforms, and industry associations to broaden its reach in target markets. Support new accounts and business through effective marketing strategies. Assist in generating new leads through targeted marketing strategies. Support business development by creating marketing materials that highlight the company’s capabilities, such as precision manufacturing, quality systems, certifications, and industry experience. Continuously improve marketing materials, campaigns, and efforts. Execute and coordinate marketing initiatives across digital, email, website, and social media channels. Maintain and update marketing content, materials to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Ensure accuracy and consistency by managing updates to the company website and assigned marketing platforms. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, organization, and visibility. Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 0-2 years of relevant experience (including internship, academic projects, or freelance/contract work) Professional demeanor and business acumen are a must Excellent written and verbal communication skills High-level organization, time management, and attention to detail are essential qualities. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
