Based on Experience We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Marketing Specialist

to join a busy and growing Plastic Surgery and Dermatology practice in New York City. This role is ideal for a creative, strategic marketer with a strong understanding of healthcare, aesthetics, or medical marketing who can elevate brand awareness, attract new patients, and strengthen engagement with existing patients. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels while ensuring all messaging aligns with the practice’s brand, values, and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on role that requires both creative thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote plastic surgery and dermatology services

Manage and grow the practice’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, email marketing, and online listings

Create and oversee social media content calendars, campaigns, and promotions to drive patient engagement and lead generation

Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and other digital marketing channels

Coordinate patient outreach initiatives such as newsletters, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and educational content

Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and adjust strategies accordingly

Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure accurate, compliant, and compelling messaging across all marketing materials

Manage branding and visual consistency across all platforms, including print, digital, and in-office materials

Support reputation management efforts, including online reviews and patient feedback initiatives

Stay current on marketing trends within the medical, dermatology, and aesthetic industries, as well as relevant advertising and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing is required; experience in healthcare, medical, aesthetics, or dermatology marketing is strongly preferred

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, email campaigns, and online advertising

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, patient-focused tone

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with physicians and office leadership

Familiarity with branding, content creation, and basic design tools is a plus
