Overview
We are seeking a
Marketing Specialist
to support revenue generation through lead management, CRM administration, and coordination between Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams. This role ensures that inbound and outbound leads are accurately captured, tracked, and followed through the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working closely with CRM systems while supporting business development and sales enablement efforts. Key Responsibilities
CRM & Lead Management
Enter, manage, and maintain lead and contact records in Salesforce Ensure accurate and timely lead entry from: Trade shows and events Web inquiries and campaigns Partner and business development sources
Data hygiene & routing
Maintain CRM data hygiene, including accuracy and completeness Lead status updates Proper assignment and routing
Lead flow support
Serve as a point of contact for lead flow and CRM-related questions
Business Development & Sales Support
Support business development initiatives through lead tracking and documentation Follow-up coordination with Sales Organization of outreach efforts
Assist in nurturing early-stage opportunities Ensure marketing-generated leads are properly handed off and visible to Sales SEM & Digital Lead Coordination
Support SEM and paid digital initiatives from a lead management perspective Ensure leads generated from digital and paid campaigns are captured correctly, entered into Salesforce, and routed and tracked appropriately Assist with reporting related to lead volume, source, and quality
Pipeline & Market Support
Assist with reporting related to lead volume and sources, conversion tracking, and campaign/market performance Support basic market or competitor analysis as needed Help identify gaps or inefficiencies in lead flow or follow-up
Process & Documentation
Document CRM and lead management workflows Support improvements to handoff processes between Marketing and Sales Assist with onboarding and training related to CRM and lead processes
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales operations, marketing operations, or a related role Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM + Certifications Experience supporting lead generation, pipeline tracking, or sales enablement Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits
Range: $28.84 – 38.46 ($60,000 – 80,000) In return for quality results, Yamazen Inc. provides a competitive compensation package including salary and semi-annual bonus opportunities.
