Inside Sales Manager

to lead, coach, and scale our inside sales function. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this role plays a critical part in building repeatable processes that drive qualified pipeline and new business. You’ll partner closely with the California Director of Sales to optimize lead generation, cold-calling execution, and daily team efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a remote inside-sales team focused on lead generation, cold calling, and early-stage pipeline creation Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to drive consistent performance Build, refine, and enforce inside-sales workflows for outbound outreach, inbound follow-up, lead qualification, and handoff to field sales Establish, track, and manage KPIs related to call volume, outreach cadence, conversion rates, and pipeline progression Analyze performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities and improve workflows and efficiency Partner closely with the California Director of Sales, Marketing, and Field Sales teams to align lead generation strategies and messaging Ensure high standards of CRM accuracy, follow-ups, and administrative discipline across the team Produce accurate weekly and monthly performance reports for sales leadership Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, improving conversion, and helping build scalable systems, scripts, and SOPs Desired Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience improving or scaling inside-sales processes, KPIs, or CRM workflows Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, qualification, and early-stage pipeline development Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive performance improvements Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams 4+ years of inside sales experience in outbound or lead-generation environments 2+ years of management or team-lead experience with direct responsibility for coaching and performance management Proven experience leading cold-calling and outbound sales teams Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools Ability to work remotely with high accountability and responsiveness Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Outfield, Looker Studio/BI, Nabis, Excel, or similar) We feel strongly that our employees do their best work when they don’t need to worry as much about some of life's biggest stressors.
