We are working with a manufacturer in the equipment industry seeking a motivated
Regional Sales Representative
to drive growth and build lasting customer relationships. This role is ideal for a self-starter who understands the sales cycle, thrives on travel, and can deliver value-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
Candidates for this role can be based in
the Kansas City area, Omaha, Nebraska or Lincoln, Nebraska.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and value-based selling tailored to customer needs
Prepare accurate quotes, negotiate pricing/terms, and close sales through to order fulfillment
Maintain CRM records, provide sales forecasts, and share market insights with leadership
Partner with inside sales, service, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Routinely travel throughout the territory (60–70% overnight travel required)

Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer decision-making process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Prior experience in the construction or equipment rental industry preferred
