What you’ll be doing...

Introducing small and medium business customers to 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs.

Interacting with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting.

Demonstrating the value of end‑to‑end technology solutions.

Generating new business through prospecting, networking, and following up on leads and referrals.

Partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.

Acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment.

Using solutions‑based selling techniques to solve customer problems.

Managing existing customer needs.

Using sales enablement systems to track, forecast, and manage pipeline and book of business.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Three or more years of relevant experience through work or military service.

Experience in sales, marketing or customer service.

Valid driver’s license.

Willingness to travel.

While not required, the following would be advantageous:

A degree (Associate or Bachelor’s) or related certifications.

Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting.

Experience influencing a team to drive sales results.

Capability to drive positive results in a team environment.

People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution and building trust at all levels.

In this hybrid role, you will work in‑store at least five days per week. A defined work location will be provided.
