We are seeking candidates for a
Retail Customer Service Representative
(RCSR) in our Frederick, MD Glo Fiber Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to work in a fast-paced environment selling Glo Fiber through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Glo Fiber, while supporting our local communities.
We offer a great work environment and competitive total compensation package that includes:

3 weeks of PTO and up to 9 paid holidays
Work schedule: M-F, 9a– 6p with occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays
Responsibilities
Your reputation as a successful sales professional who meets and exceeds sales goals
Your high school diploma or equivalent
One year of customer service or call center experience
Compensation Compensation includes:
Salary range $16 - $17.14 per hour base pay
Position is commission eligible
