This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Representative based in Southern New Jersey. We are growing and seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers at pre-set appointments to evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and guide customers through repair or replacement options that protect their investment and improve long-term performance. As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, conducting inspections with drones, educating clients on materials and processes, and helping them make confident, informed decisions. Key Responsibilities

Conduct on-site roof assessments during set appointments for residential and commercial clients Recommend roofing repair, replacement, and maintenance solutions Build and maintain relationships with roofing contractors, builders, remodelers, and architects Educate customers on roofing materials, systems, warranties, and best practices Deliver product presentations and basic training sessions Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing recommendations Monitor competitive activity within the territory Respond to customer inquiries and complete administrative follow-ups Submit weekly activity and market reports Represent the company at industry events and meetings Follow all company safety, vehicle, and operational guidelines What You'll Get As A Territory Sales Representative

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 1+ years of sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, solar, closing, sales, account management, canvassing, or building products strongly valued) Experience working with contractors, roofing, solar, sales, builders, or architects is a major plus Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently, managing a territory, and traveling daily Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as business needs arise
