Retail Field Sales Representative

This is a full-time, face-to-face sales role based inside major retail partner locations and at promotional events.

You’ll play a key role in helping customers understand their options, select the best plans for their needs, and complete enrollments with confidence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Represent our clients in

retail stores and community events,

interacting with customers directly

Deliver

exceptional customer service

by answering questions, explaining benefits, and clarifying product options

Build rapport and establish trust with shoppers to ensure an informed, positive buying experience

Guide customers through the

enrollment process

, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all company procedures

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

current promotions, product features, and energy plans
