Communicate kindly and clearly by phone and email; keep clients informed without being chased.
Keep clean, accurate records in our management system; follow established workflows.
Team with colleagues and leadership to solve problems and keep the day moving.
Learn the business, earn/maintain your TN P&C license (we’ll help), and grow into more responsibility.
Qualifications
1–3 years of professional experience (office admin, banking, customer support, insurance, or similar).
Task‑driven: you plan your work, stay on track, and finish what you start.
Detail‑minded: accuracy and follow‑through matter to you.
Strong communicator with a positive, service‑minded attitude.
Able to work full‑time in‑office, Monday–Friday in Chattanooga.
Licensed in TN P&C or willing to obtain within 45–60 days (we sponsor).
Compensation $45,000 - $55,000 per year
