This is a high-impact, hunter-focused sales role for a capital equipment professional who wants to own a territory, sell meaningful solutions, and earn based on performance. You will sell automated packaging machinery and integrated packaging line solutions into manufacturing environments. The sales motion is consultative and technical. You will engage plant leadership, uncover operational bottlenecks, build ROI-driven solutions, and close capital projects that make a real difference in how facilities operate. A full packaging automation platform that can include primary packaging, secondary packaging, and end-of-line solutions depending on customer needs. Solutions are engineered, customized, and designed to improve throughput, efficiency, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities

Own and build a West Coast sales territory through consistent outbound prospecting and field activity Identify and pursue new business opportunities within manufacturing plants Conduct onsite plant walkthroughs and discovery meetings with operations and engineering leaders Lead consultative sales cycles including solution scoping, quoting, and closing Coordinate closely with internal engineering and applications teams Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM Travel regularly throughout the territory for customer visits and meetings Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven hunter with a track record of winning new business Experience selling capital equipment, industrial systems, automation, or engineered solutions Comfortable selling into manufacturing environments and engaging plant-level stakeholders Strong activity bias with disciplined prospecting and follow-through Able to manage a multi-state territory and operate independently Motivated by performance-based compensation and upside Strong Plus

Packaging machinery or packaging automation experience Exposure to bagging, weighing, filling, VFFS, HFFS, case packing, palletizing, conveyors, or end-of-line automation Experience selling into regulated manufacturing such as food, pharmaceutical, or cannabis What Success Looks Like
