
About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You’ll use fashion and product knowledge to give customers the relevant information they need for the best experience. You’ll also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omnichannel experience where available, supporting direct customer service Engage with customers to provide excellent service Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store Promote and sell products to customers Promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management General Information
Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers Team & Development Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues Follow procedures, routines and legal requirements in all areas of the store Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other Participate in onboarding, introductions and trainings relevant for the role and future development Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Complete garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) Assist with garment presentation, execution and keep attractive merchandise displays aligned with visual & commercial guidelines Monitor stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor Follow in-store omni-services and in-store tech tools and services Assist with opening and closing of the store Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role Qualifications
