We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a great someone who enjoys talking to people, learning new skills, and growing in a sales career. You’ll work with potential customers over the phone, email, and online to help them find the right products or services.
What You’ll Do
Reach out to potential customers and respond to incoming inquiries
Learn how to explain our products or services in a clear, friendly way
Ask questions to understand customer needs and offer helpful solutions
Follow up with leads and keep conversations moving forward
Keep notes and update customer information in our system
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree is a plus, but not required)
Little to no sales experience needed — we’ll train you
Comfortable talking on the phone and communicating by email
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, organized, and motivated to succeed
Helpful Skills
Good communication and listening skills
Basic computer skills
Confidence to ask questions and handle feedback
Ability to stay organized and manage time well
