Experienced Outside Sales Representative for Kalamazoo, MI and surrounding area.
For more than 4 decades, Northern Industrial Flooring has been working with all kinds of clients in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. We have installed more than 40 million square feet of flooring, and have established ourselves as one of the premier flooring restoration companies across 4 states! We are more than our competitively priced services. We are a local, family owned and operated company! We know what our clients need from us, and what kind of budgets you are working with.
As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, targeting contractors in the new construction industry, all while developing the company's existing customer base. Sales territory would be a 2 hour radius from Kalamazoo, MI with main focus on Kalamazoo, MI.
We will invest in you with training, resources, and guidance along the way!
A successful Outside Sales Rep candidate must be career focused, resourceful, determined, and have a desire to learn the flooring industry.
Qualifications for an Outside Sales Representative position:
High School diploma. A college degree is preferred.
2+ years of outside sales experience with sales growth history.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with management and customers.
Interpersonal Skills
Customer Satisfaction Drive
Self-Motivated
CRM Development, Computer skills
Prior industrial/commercial flooring experience is a PLUS!!
