Field Sales Representatives

The Role As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll meet directly with homeowners to inspect properties, identify exterior remodeling needs, and present customized solutions. You’ll work warm and self-generated leads, represent a highly trusted brand, and guide customers through the sales process from inspection to contract. This is a
relationship-driven, in-home sales role
with strong support, proven systems, and high-quality products behind you. What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners for scheduled and self-generated appointments Perform exterior inspections (roofing, siding, gutters, etc.) Educate customers on materials, warranties, and project options Present estimates and close contracts in-home Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth handoff to production Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools Represent Potomac Custom Remodeling professionally in the field What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred (in-home, roofing, construction, or remodeling is a plus) Strong communication and people skills Comfortable working independently in the field Competitive, driven, and coachable mindset Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to climb ladders and perform basic exterior inspections If you’re hungry, professional, and want to be backed by a company with real credibility — you’ll do very well here.
