Revenue Management Director

to become a key player in the pre-opening phase of this exciting new hotel addition to the Hilton portfolio. Nestled in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and directly connected to the Indiana Convention Center, this state-of-the-art 800-room hotel is poised to redefine meetings and events in the city. Boasting over 100,000 square feet of versatile meeting space, including an expansive ballroom and unique dining experiences, Signia Indianapolis will elevate hospitality in one of the Midwest's most vibrant destinations. As the Revenue Management Director, you will play a crucial role in optimizing group and transient inventories to achieve an ideal balance between demand and availability, all while ensuring exceptional guest service and financial success. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize controls for group and transient inventory, including room accommodations, rates, and inventory management in collaboration with the Front Office. Act as the primary liaison with Front Office, Sales and Marketing, and Reservations to maximize inventory and profitability. Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies to align with market demand. Conduct competitive and demand analyses to critically evaluate strategies, room statistics, and general demand factors for efficient inventory management. Perform forecasting, review competitive data, assess demand and event calendars, and maintain historical performance data. Support team member development through supervision, professional growth opportunities, scheduling, performance evaluations, and recognition. Recruit, interview, and train new team members to build a high-performing department. Manage departmental functions and facilitate team meetings.
