We’re looking for a
high‑energy Regional Sales Manager
to accelerate growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and lead market execution across the island.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute the
regional sales strategy
for Puerto Rico.
Grow and develop relationships with
distributors, retailers, contractors, architects, and engineers .
Lead
forecasting, territory planning, and performance management
for the region.
Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements.
Support reps in
closing key deals
and delivering hands‑on product demonstrations.
Expand market presence through
channel development and new product launches .
Coordinate with Marketing, Technical Services, and other teams to ensure execution excellence.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years, B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, or chemical products.
Proven experience managing a territory and key accounts independently.
Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and presentation skills.
Bilingual English & Spanish.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; D365/CRM preferred.
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel throughout Puerto Rico, including occasional overnights.
