Overview The Skirvin Hilton is one of Oklahoma City’s most storied landmarks and a proud member of Historic Hotels of America. We are seeking a Group Sales Manager to manage short‑term group bookings with peak room blocks of 10–35 rooms across all market segments.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a newly renovated, 225‑guest‑room hotel featuring 16,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, while building meaningful client relationships and growing your career with a Hilton corporate‑managed property.

Responsibilities
Customer and Account Management: actively engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, Convention Bureau, and intermediaries to retain existing customers and secure new business; develop and execute plans to engage in outside sales calls, industry tradeshows, and customer events.
Develop, execute, and communicate a monthly, quarterly, and annual business plan for a designated market; maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of business opportunities that meet short- and long-term objectives.
Represent the hotel in all customer interactions related to sales, creating business proposals and executing contracts; conduct site inspections and storytelling with prospective and existing customers based on their needs.
Coordinate customer specifications (room, food & beverage, meeting space) via the identified lead management system; enter and maintain pertinent account and booking information in Delphi FDC per defined standards.
Prospecting: research, solicit, and generate new leads through database research and proactive sales efforts to maximize new room revenue and exceed lead generation goals; create and execute plans to shift share from competitors; engage in outside sales activities to uncover needs and build relationships.
Negotiations: negotiate contracts and commission agreements with end‑user customers and intermediaries; provide solutions that achieve, protect the financial goals of the hotel while strengthening relationships; engage Hilton Worldwide Sales and Hilton Legal to support the contracting process when needed.
Qualifications 2+ years of catering, sales, or event management experience required.
Hotel sales management experience highly preferred.
Delphi FDC experience preferred.
