Active Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain within 90 days (required for commission eligibility) 3+ years of personal lines account management experience Proven experience quoting and renewing personal lines policies Ability to independently manage a full book of accounts and prioritize effectively Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills Familiarity with a wide mix of personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, boat) Personal Lines Account Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage an assigned book of personal lines accounts with full ownership of each client relationship Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, endorsements, policy changes, and coverage questions Quote and remarket new and renewal business as needed Support clients throughout the entire claims process, as there is no separate claims department Ensure accurate policy documentation and workflow management within the agency system Collaborate with internal service staff and insurance carriers to resolve policy issues Deliver a high-touch, customer-first experience while balancing volume and attention to detail
