$42K - 52K/yr plus commission potentially up to $100k
LGN Products is a supplier of LMC-Luxury Marble Composite tub and shower surrounds that are attractive, affordable, and easy to install. We offer unique products and are currently developing additional products, such as Densified Stone, for new markets. Presently, we have a sales position available working out of our Stockton warehouse. This is full time, hourly position with the opportunity to earn commissions. We also offer benefits such as medical, paid vacation, 401K, etc.
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual, well organized, and able to effectively communicate in English over the phone, text, or email. Spanish speaking is a plus. The candidate will have good computer skills, such as proficiency in using AI, Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
The individual should have a basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and how Polymarm is installed.
This individual will be responsible for the following tasks:
Ability to identify potential customers
Ability to generate their own leads
Contact potential customers, create dialog and pitch our products
Be able to quickly determine and categorize the prospect’s level of interest
Provide genuinely interested parties who request samples, brochures, product digital information, and quotes
Tenaciously follow up on the good prospects
Keeping track of all the potential customers contacted in a CRM and maintaining detailed notes on the good prospects
Keeping track of all quotes issued
