Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside or territory sales role. Experience in the staffing industry a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach to selling. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset with a focus on lead generation and upselling opportunities. A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
