Cactus Mailing is hiring a
B2B Inside Sales Representative
to join our growing direct mail marketing team.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who:
Works
fast and accurately on a computer
Is confident and comfortable on the phone
Takes personal pride in doing high-quality work
Holds themselves to high standards without constant oversight
This is
not
a high-base, low-expectation role. Execution, follow-through, and professionalism matter here.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with business owners and decision-makers
Qualify prospects and identify fit for direct mail marketing solutions
Present clear, customized solutions and confidently ask for the sale
Manage follow-ups consistently until opportunities are closed or disqualified>Enter notes and update CRM records
in real time during calls
Keep your pipeline clean, accurate, and fully up to date \>Meet and exceed individual sales goals
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of inside sales, phone sales, or B2B sales experience \ aptitude and comfort handling objections Fast and accurate computer skills
(CRM, email, multitasking while on calls)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-accountable
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
This role is a strong fit for someone who dislikes sloppy work, unfinished tasks, or letting things fall through the cracks.
Compensation Base Salary
$50,000–$60,000, based on experience and track record
Base placement is determined at hire
Commission
Uncapped commission based on sales volume
No artificial caps or commission resets
Strong performers consistently exceed six figures
Typical Earnings
Average performers: $85,000–$95,000
Top performers: $140,000+
