This role is required to be in office daily, Monday through Friday. We are located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Boomer Benefits is a top producing Medicare insurance agency with more than 100,000 baby boomer clients across the nation who appreciate the education we give them that allows them to choose the best fit for their personal needs – and we are growing!
We provide a base hourly rate + monthly commission for each sale, as well as real-time, warm leads from prospects who have requested help with their Medicare supplemental coverage. No telemarketing or cold-calling, and no kitchen-table sales. You will work with clients right from your desk here in our office!

Master our proven sales process to convert prospects into loyal clients
Outsmart the competition with sharp strategies and fearless follow-ups

Collaborate daily with a team of top performers who push each other win BIG
An ability to pass a criminal background and credit check
