If you want stability, support, and big earning potential — this is the role. What You’ll Do Build and grow recurring commercial cleaning accounts

across your assigned territory

Prospect actively

— cold calling, networking, door-to-door visits, and following warm leads

Conduct on-site walkthroughs

to assess client needs and customize cleaning solutions

Create tailored proposals

and present them to decision-makers

Partner closely with Operations

to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction

Manage your pipeline like a pro

— follow up consistently and take full ownership of your results

What You’ll Bring Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills

Confidence presenting to business owners and facilities managers

Ability to manage a territory and stay organized

Experience in B2B, field sales, or service-based sales (commercial cleaning experience is a bonus)

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

What You’ll Get $50,000–$55,000 base salary + uncapped commissions

and performance incentives

Local travel only
