Position: Inside Sales Representative
Reports To: Distribution Manager
Employee Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 an hour
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Distribution Operations Manager, this position is responsible for providing customer service for all types of post‑sale requests.
Essential Duties
As a backup, answer incoming phone calls to the main operator extension and route appropriately.
Expedite and track orders.
Provide freight charges and invoice requests.
Process returns.
Confirm orders.
Assist distribution team members as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

This position does not have any direct reports or supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full‑time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
