Job Description
Vinyltech looking for an Outside Sales Representative in Lake Charles, LA to join our team. This role is responsible for building and promoting a strong long‑lasting relationship with customers through professional and technical knowledge. We are looking for salespeople that are responsible for closing these leads. Uncapped commission structure giving a realistic 6 figure income year one.
Communicate effectively with customers, from inception through completion of the project
Responsible for closing leads
Create and maintain accurate and detailed customer records in company CRM system
Make repair or upgrade recommendations based on the company’s offered products
Learn the insurance process and educate customers
Determine key variables for cost and other estimates
Meeting with licensed insurance adjusters
Setting up crews and ordering material
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must have Driver’s License and good driving record
Ability to use a ladder and safely access roofs to perform roof/siding damage inspections
Excellent written and verbal communicating skills
Ability to analyze data and accurately process numerical data
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
Customer oriented
Strong organizational skills to perform and prioritize multiple tasks. Detail oriented
Business acumen with a problem‑solving attitude
Excellent time management and follow‑up skills
General Information
Draw on future commission provided for 60 to 90 days, then uncapped commission
