high-performance Inside Sales team . We work with all of the major health insurance carriers and help thousands of clients every month find affordable
health insurance coverage . Our sales floor is built for people who want
real income, real volume, and real growth . This is not customer service — this is
high-earning, inbound phone sales . What You’ll Do
You will speak with clients who have already requested information about health insurance and are actively looking for coverage. These are
warm, inbound calls only
— no cold calling. Your role is to: Understand the client’s situation Present the best health insurance options Enroll them on the call You’ll be closing multiple deals per day in a fast-paced, professional sales environment. Compensation
We offer a
strong base pay plus aggressive commission
, paid
weekly . $20/hour base Plus uncapped commission on every sale Weekly commission payouts Top performers consistently earn well into
