Job Summary: The Outside Sales Representative will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for our online document management solutions. This position will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses optimize their document processes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients in various industries who would benefit from online document management solutions.
Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and consultations to educate prospects on the benefits of going paperless.
Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests our services to meet those needs.
Demonstrates the functions and utility of services to customers based on their needs.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs.
ures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new services and enhancements that may be of interest.
Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
At least five years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
