Position Overview
We are seeking a
Territory Sales Representative
to manage and expand business within
South Texas and Louisiana . This is a
full-time, remote position
requiring frequent travel. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, relationship-driven, and experienced in tobacco, cigar, or consumer goods sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of retail accounts
Develop new business opportunities within the territory
Plan and execute in-store events, promotions, and brand activations
Educate retailers and staff on product lineup and brand story
Maintain accurate records through CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for expansion
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and retailer functions
Collaborate with management on sales initiatives and territory planning

Candidate must reside in Houston, Texas .
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently while managing a large territory
Prior sales experience in the cigar industry or related field strongly preferred
Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
An understanding of the tobacco and cigar category is highly desirable
