Overview
Continuum Co. is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Portfolio Account Manager – Property Services to own and grow a portfolio of property management and real estate clients. This role blends revenue generation, account management, and field engagement with hands-on involvement in operations and technology adoption. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responsible for expanding revenue, strengthening relationships, reviewing active work, identifying upcoming projects, and ensuring strong execution in the field. The role works directly with property managers, technicians, and internal operations teams to drive both customer satisfaction and account growth. The ideal candidate has experience in trades, facilities, restoration, or maintenance services, is comfortable on job sites, and has previously carried some form of sales, account, or revenue responsibility.
Responsibilities
Portfolio Ownership & Revenue Growth
Own and manage a portfolio of property management and real estate accounts.
Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned clients.
Identify opportunities for additional maintenance programs, recurring services, and project work.
Drive revenue growth through regular client engagement, site walks, and proactive project development.
Participate in estimating support, scope development, and proposal coordination.
Maintain strong retention, expansion, and client satisfaction within the portfolio.
Client Relationship Management
Conduct regular on-site and virtual meetings with property managers to review open work orders, completed jobs, service quality, and upcoming needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their properties, priorities, and operational challenges.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure commitments, timelines, and service standards are met.
Support onboarding of new accounts and expansion of existing relationships.
Field Engagement & Operational Support
Perform regular property visits and job walks to evaluate conditions, review active work, and identify project opportunities.
Work directly with technicians and field supervisors to ensure scopes, expectations, and documentation are aligned.
Leverage working knowledge of building trades to communicate effectively between clients, office teams, and field personnel.
Support quality control efforts and help resolve service or execution issues.
Technology & Process Enablement
Assist with rollout, training, and reinforcement of mobile applications and operational systems used for work orders, inspections, time tracking, and job documentation.
Support property managers and internal staff in system usage, workflow improvements, and reporting.
Help ensure accurate documentation, photos, and job records are captured to support billing and performance tracking.
Serve as a field-informed voice in ongoing process and technology improvements.
Qualifications Required:
Experience in maintenance, facilities management, property services, construction, or trade-based environments
Prior responsibility for sales, account management, or revenue growth
Strong understanding of service workflows and field operations
Comfortable operating on job sites and working with technicians
Strong communication, training, and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and growth-driven
Tech-savvy and comfortable supporting mobile and web-based platforms
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred:
Experience working with property managers, HOAs, commercial portfolios, or multifamily assets
Exposure to SAAS based field service platforms such as Quickbase, Service Titan, Jobber
Experience supporting process improvements or new system rollouts
Compensation $80,000 per year
