Job Summary

The Manager of Premium Sales is responsible for generating revenue across all areas of the business, with a primary focus on premium sales. This includes FC Cincinnati suite inventory, hospitality offerings, and premium packages, while also selling full season equivalents and group ticket products. This position builds and maintains strong relationships with premium and non-premium clients through high level sales and service and effective cross-departmental collaboration. Responsibilities include prospecting, selling, and managing accounts across multiple product lines to drive consistent and sustainable revenue growth.

In addition, the position is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely CRM documentation, assisting with matchday events and premium hospitality execution, and supporting organizational initiatives as needed. Through consistent performance, professionalism, and leadership, this role will directly support the club’s strategic revenue growth and long-term success.

What You’ll Do:

Achieve sales revenue goals through full suite lease sales, hospitality packages, suite sales for outside events in which FC Cincinnati controls inventory such as concerts and international soccer matches, as well as full season equivalents and group ticket products.

Drive corporate sales outreach and customized presentations, negotiating contract terms with senior and C-suite decision makers to achieve premium ticket revenue objectives.

Build a book of business of single-match premium accounts with the intent to renew and upsell clients.

Ensure all client and prospect interactions are accurately documented in Salesforce and the ticketing system in a timely and consistent manner.

Focus on single and multi-game suite rentals, as well as season ticket and group packages across premium and reserve seat areas.

Collaborate with Marketing, Special Events, Community Relations, BS&A and Ticket Operations to promote new ticket campaigns and ticket-based offerings.

Support matchday operations, ticket fulfillment, and premium or hospitality initiatives to ensure a seamless client and guest experience.

What You’ll Need:

High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred OR

4+ years of comparable work experience in customer service or inside phone sales or related experience required.

Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using SeatGeek preferred
